In der Hydrolyse-Pr\u00fcfkammer wird das Material \u00fcber mehrere Wochen einer relativen Luftfeuchtigkeit von 95 % und einer Temperatur von 70 \u00b0C ausgesetzt und anschlie\u00dfend mit der Kontrollprobe hinsichtlich Abbau und anderer physikalischer Eigenschaften, wie z. B. Farbver\u00e4nderung, verglichen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In den meisten F\u00e4llen schneiden PU-Systeme mit generischen Flammschutzl\u00f6sungen sehr schlecht ab. Hauptgrund ist die Schwierigkeit, eine ausgewogene Polymermatrix pr\u00e4zise einzustellen, die gleichzeitig ein hohes Ma\u00df an Flammschutz, Hydrolysebest\u00e4ndigkeit und Halogenfreiheit bietet \u2013 eine zwingende Voraussetzung f\u00fcr Anwendungen im Gesundheitswesen, im Objektbereich und zunehmend auch in der Automobilindustrie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unsere Leidenschaft f\u00fcr die L\u00f6sung anspruchsvoller chemietechnischer Fragestellungen f\u00fchrte zur Entwicklung einer ma\u00dfgeschneiderten GERPHOS-L\u00f6sung mit ausgezeichneter Hydrolysebest\u00e4ndigkeit.
